Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this platform, why we need it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It describes what the system actually does, not what a category of product usually does.
2. What we collect, and why
We collect only what a company registration and its related services require:
- Account: your email address, an encrypted form of your password, your language preference and, optionally, a phone number. Needed to create and secure your account.
- Company: the intended names, the state, the company type and the resulting registration data. This is what is filed.
- People: for every owner, manager or responsible party, their full legal name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence and contact details. States require the people behind a company to be identified, and the IRS requires a single responsible party.
- Documents: what you upload for identity verification, and what the process generates — articles, certificates, filings. Stored against your company.
- Payment: the amount, currency, status and the payment processors own reference. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical: the pages you request, your IP address and your browser identification, kept to operate and secure the service.
3. What we never store
We never store your full card number, its expiry date or its security code — those go directly to the payment processor, which returns only a reference. We never store your password in a readable form. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the parties that perform a part of the service you bought: the provider that submits your filing to the state, the registered agent, the identity-verification provider and the payment processor. Each receives only what its own step requires. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Company and filing records are kept for as long as the company exists on our platform and afterwards for as long as the law requires. The raw results returned by identity-verification providers are kept for approximately seven years, which is the retention anti-money-laundering rules typically require for verification evidence, and are then deleted automatically. Deleting your account does not delete records we are legally required to retain.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, and none of them are advertising cookies:
- Session: keeps you signed in. Without it you cannot use your account.
- Security: protects the forms you submit from being submitted by another site on your behalf.
- Referral: remembers which partner introduced you, so that their commission is correctly attributed.
- Attribution: records how you first arrived, so we can tell which channels work. It holds no advertising identifier.
7. Where the data lives
Your data is processed on servers operated for this platform and by the providers named above, some of which are located in the United States, because a U.S. company registration is performed there. Using the service involves that transfer.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to the support address published in the footer of this site. We answer within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.
9. Security
Passwords are stored only in an irreversible encrypted form. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is limited to the operations staff who need it, and every access to a record is recorded. No system is immune, and we do not claim otherwise; where a breach affects you, we notify you.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Questions can be sent to the support address published in the footer of this site.
